Crown Bioscience is a global contract research organization (CRO) dedicated to improving human health through partnering with biotech and pharmaceutical companies that drive drug discovery and development in oncology and immuno-oncology.
We deliver a broad spectrum of integrated solutions, which include preclinical research services, translational platforms, and clinical trial support. We have the world's largest commercially available patient-derived xenograft (PDX) collection and offer tumor organoid services using leading Hubrecht Organoid Technology, with over 600 models across 22 cancer indications.
Our expertise extends across a diverse portfolio of platforms and services, including in vivo, in vitro, ex vivo, and in silico methods, as well as advanced laboratory services that cover the entire drug development timeline. Additionally, we maintain an extensive biobank of liquid and human biospecimens, complete with clinical histories.
Operating from 11 facilities across the US, Europe, and APAC, including laboratories accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our research environments.
