The Protein A affinity chromatography process is essential for purifying antibodies, as it captures the desired target Protein and
removes impurities from the HCCF (Host Cell Culture Fluid). Various Protein A affinity chromatography resins are available on the
market, each with different designs that result in performance differences. To achieve efficient purification, Amsphere A+ was designed to have high binding capacity, excellent alkali resistance, and superior impurity removal application note. In this article, Amsphere A+ was compared to JSR Life Sciences’ legacy resin Amsphere A3, and two other modern Protein A resins.
